4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal information on the following legal bases:

• Consent — when you check the consent box and submit a request authorizing us to share your contact information with dealerships.
• Performance of a contract — to provide the lead-matching service you have requested.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the platform and to prevent fraud and abuse.

5. Sharing your information

We share information with the following categories of recipients:

• Verified, licensed automotive dealerships — your name, email, phone, and ZIP are released to a dealership only after that dealership pays the applicable lead-access fee, or where the dealership has otherwise contracted with My Car Terms.
• Stripe Payments Inc. ("Stripe") — our payment processor. When a dealership purchases a lead, Stripe processes the card transaction and receives the payment data necessary to complete the sale, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-fraud and tax obligations. • Service providers (subprocessors) — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics vendors that help us operate the platform under written confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Professional advisers and authorities — legal, accounting, or regulatory recipients where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. We do not share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
