1. 30-day money-back guarantee
My Car Terms LLC ("My Car Terms", "we") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every dealer lead purchase made through MyCarTerms.com. If you are not satisfied with a lead you purchased — for example, the buyer's contact information is invalid or the buyer is unreachable — you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email support@mycarterms.com with the email address you used at checkout, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request. Include any transaction or receipt ID Stripe sent you if available.
- We will review your request and, if approved, issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.
3. What is covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to per-lead purchase fees paid through MyCarTerms.com. Common reasons we approve refunds include:
- The buyer's phone number or email is invalid or unreachable.
- The lead is materially duplicative of a lead you already purchased.
- Technical issues prevented access to the purchased buyer contact information.
- The buyer is outside the radius they originally specified, in error.
4. Limits
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse of the refund process, such as repeatedly purchasing leads and requesting refunds after using the buyer's contact information.
